Stylish elegance with a form-fitting cut. Can’t get better than that.
One of my favorite things about this merino wool jersey is that it looks super classy. Also, the merino feels great to wear and it’s a superb choice for all but very hot days. I think it’s perfect for anyone looking for a modern take on a vintage wool cycling jersey.
Super soddisfatto di questo Jersey, pensavo che essendo di lana potesse darmi fastidio nelle ore più calde, invece è perfetto, vestibilità precisa, super consigliato!
I always thought that wool jerseys were either for super cold weather, or that wool jerseys would be itchy and uncomfortable. This may have been more of the case in the past, but Giordana short sleeve Wool Jersey is lightweight and breathable, with a super soft touch. The heathered finished gives a classic look, but the full zip and longer/snug sleeve length adds a nice modern touch. I have ridden the short sleeve Wool Jersey in a variety of temps in the Salt Lake City area and found that the Wool Jersey can handle a broad range of temps. In the low 40's, I paired the Wool Jersey with a mid-weight baselayer, kitted arm warmers, and the lightweight FR-C wind vest. This combo kept me well regulated, on a long climb-no overheating, and then plenty comfortable on the long descents. I have also had a chance to ride the Wool Jersey in warmer temps, with a lightweight base layer and the wool blend proved to have great wicking properties. I think the upper range that I would ride with the Wool Jersey would be in the high 70's, but it could go a bit higher in the temp range. I am 6' tall, around 185lbs. I wear an XL in a FR-C jersey and went with the same size on the Wool Jersey. The Wool Jersey does have a lot of give. As I get through the Spring, I should be able to size down to a large for a more form fit, as I lose a bit of weight.
