These are excellent tights that I use between 36-47 degree Fahrenheit. The allow for good leg moment and the chamois is very comfortable. XL fits me well and I am 6'2".

I have tried these out in various temperatures and to me they are appropriate to about 10 degrees air or wind chill temperature. They have a nice lightweight feel but do manage your temperature well. I tried these down to -15 wind chill for a 2 mile ride and was glad to return after that. I do like the feel and material of these.
