Express shipping options are not available to these locations: PO Boxes, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO. Any Express/Priority shipping selected only applies to IN STOCK items.
Our team is working as quickly as possible to ensure that your GIORDANA Cycling gear will make the perfect holiday gift. We pack each order by hand as carefully & quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee delivery by December 24th for the following instances:
- Pre-orders - items marked pre-order at checkout
- Carrier or service interruptions caused by events beyond the control of GIORDANA Cycling such as:
- Invalid shipping address submitted at checkout
- Interruptions of our transportation systems or the delivery of product provided by our manufacturing partners
- Carrier delays related to Holiday shipping volume increase
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of all Holiday orders, including those with expedited shipping. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not included in transit or processing time.
Purchases made from 11/05/2020 through 12/24/2020 on GiordanaCycling.com may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment through 1/24/2021. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a full refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and returned in original condition to receive a full refund. All other conditions of our Return Policy apply.
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Merchandise returned without the original tag, or a damaged tag may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

How do I return?
RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR U.S. ORDERS (COMPLIMENTARY RETURN LABEL PROVIDED):
- Please visit our Giordana Cycling Returns Center and enter your order number and email address
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a complimentary shipping label and instructions
- Please include your original packing list or information that includes your order number in your package
- Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package
RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Giordana Cycling is unable to provide a pre-paid mailing label for your return. We recommend you use your own trackable and insured shipping method to send your return to the following address:

- Repackage your unworn and unwashed merchandise securely.

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
