Purchases made on may be returned or exchanged within 30-DAY (FREE within 14 days).

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a full refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and returned in original condition to receive a full refund. All other conditions of our Return Policy apply. 

  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned without the original tag, or a damaged tag may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Please Note:
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.


    • Please visit our Giordana Cycling Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to begin your return.
    • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a return shipping label, return packing list, instructions, and an instant credit voucher to shop for something else. If you prefer a refund instead, simply send back your items and we will issue your refund back to the original form of payment once your return is received and processed at our warehouse.
    • Returns requested after 14 days, will be charged a $10 return fee
    • Please include your return packing list or information that includes your order number in your package
    • Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package
    Giordana Cycling is unable to provide a pre-paid mailing label for your return. We recommend you use your own trackable and insured shipping method to send your return to the following address:

    • Repackage your unworn and unwashed merchandise securely.
    • Include your original packing list or information that includes your order number in your package.

    What items are non-refundable?

     The following items cannot be returned:

    • Gift Cards
    • Final Sale Items
    • Masks
    • Shipping Insurance

      I need a different size,  how do I exchange? 

      Visit our Returns Center to easily initiate an exchange for a new size or color. Want to try a totally different item? We'll issue you a credit to use on a new style. For assistance with exchanges or any questions, please contact us via LiveChat on our website or email us.

      I purchased an item on sale, am I able to return it?

      All items marked Final Sale are non-refundable and ineligible for return. We do have items that are on sale but not marked Final Sale. These items are eligible for return. If you have questions on return eligibility please contact us via LiveChat on our website or email us.

      The tracking on my package says it was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do? 

      There may be a delay in receiving your shipment, even if it says it has been delivered. Please check surrounding areas and ensure the package has not been delivered to a leasing office or neighbor, if possible. If your package has not arrived within 24 hours of receiving a delivery notice, please email us. All delivery issues must be reported to us within 7 business days.  

      I received a damaged item, what should I do?

      Should you receive a damaged item or item(s) in error, please reach out to us email us within 5 business days of receiving your order to discuss replacement or return options. 


      We offer easy gift returns through our Returns Center.
      Simply select the "Returning A Gift" link and enter your order number and delivery zip code. Select the return reason to process your return. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label and an instant shop credit code to shop for something else. Simply apply this code at checkout to redeem your credit. 


      If the new item selected is more than the original amount purchased, you will be prompted to check out for the additional amount owed. 
      Not ready to exchange right away and need some time to think it over? Don't worry! You can still return the gift item and you'll be issued a gift card code that never expires once we receive the item to our warehouse. 


        • Most returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date they are received to our warehouse.
        • Due to limited warehouse capacity and the safety of our employees, additional processing delays may occur.
        • You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).



        • Giordana Cycling cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship and is not responsible for additional shipping charges or lost returns. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

        • Giordana Cycling reserves the right to deny return requests for items that do not meet our return policy terms or procedures.



        All Giordana cycling garments are made by hand and designed to help you reach new heights. Although our products are made with the rider in mind, we do consider any defects or imperfections after 12 months of purchase to be normal wear and tear. Refunds, replacements, returns, or exchanges will not be honored after 12 months of purchase. 

        If your warranty request falls within the 12 month period, please fill out a warranty request form here.
