To provide you with the best service, we ask that you review your order confirmation immediately after placing your order and reach out to us as soon as possible with any corrections or updates. Any changes made to your order may delay order processing by one day. We cannot guarantee that updates will be made once your order has been placed.
If you wish to cancel your order please reach out to us via LiveChat on our website or contact us by email at email@example.com. Once your order has been cancelled, payment authorization will be voided and will drop off of your account within 5-7 business days. The exact time frame for authorization void is determined by your card's issuing bank.
We offer the option to place a pre-order for items that sell out quickly due to high demand. Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock, but is expected to be restocked within 2-4 weeks. The benefit of placing a pre-order is to ensure you will receive the item without the risk that it may sell out shortly after we've restocked it on our website. You will be notified that an item is available for pre-order when you add the item to your cart. You must enter your payment information and complete checkout to secure the size, color, and style you would like to order. In most cases, payment for the pre-ordered item will be collected prior to the item shipping. When you complete your purchase, your form of payment will be authorized, not charged. If we are unable to ship your order in full, due to stock levels or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reach out to you via email to notify you of the update. Once your order ships, your form of payment will be charged.
