We ask that you review your order carefully as it cannot be modified once it is submitted. 


If you wish to cancel your order please reach out to us via LiveChat on our website or contact us by email at info@giordanacycling.com. Once your order has been cancelled, payment authorization will be voided and will drop off of your account within 5-7 business days. The exact time frame for authorization void is determined by your card's issuing bank. 


We offer the option to place a pre-order for items that sell out quickly due to high demand. Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock, but is expected to be restocked within 2-4 weeks. 

The benefit of placing a pre-order is to ensure you will receive the item without the risk that it may sell out shortly after we've restocked it on our website. You will be notified that an item is available for pre-order when you add the item to your cart. 

You must enter your payment information and complete checkout to secure the size, color, and style you would like to order. Payment for pre-ordered items will be collected prior to the item shipping.

When you complete your purchase, your form of payment will be automatically charged. If we are unable to ship your order in full, due to stock levels or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reach out to you via email to notify you of the update and adjust your order.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated. If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both. If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
