FR-C Pro Women's Bib Knicker

  • $187.50
  • $250.00

The FR-C Pro Bib Knicker represents the pinnacle in comfort and craftsmanship. The bib knicker was designed on a curve to clone the body’s natural riding position eliminating puckers and creases throughout your full range of motion. We chose a 220 gram 50 thread count Lycra fabric, with soft and supportive compression, creates a bib knicker so comfortable that once you put it on you’ll be inspired to put some time on the bike. Equally comfortable features of the FR-C Pro bib knicker include; the 190 E woven elastic leg cuffs which hold the bibs in place without squeezing or restricting, the anti-abrasion seat panel fabric, Ametista Carbon waist panel, and the stretchable, breathable, and stabilizing bib uppers. The bibs are finished off with two reflective tabs, one on each side of the bib knicker, for global visibility needs. Last but not least these bibs receive Giordana’s top of the line Cirro S chamois with Aloe Vera infusion and the Copa Mondiale sculpted fit.

The FR-C Pro Bib Knicker is the bedrock of our DNA and similarly to the FR-C Pro Short Sleeve Jersey exemplifies a crown jewel technical cycling apparel.

Go-To Shoulder Season Bibs

The FR-C Pro Knickers changed my perspective on shoulder-season layering. I'd previously tried knickers, but found them to all be either too thick or uncomfortable. The FR-C Pro maintain the sleek fit of other items in the line for a knicker that is perfectly compressive and fits beautifully and is comfortable for the longest training rides. The leg-gripper at the calf keeps the hem in place without pinching--I've never noticed it while riding. Like other FR-C Pro bottoms, the Cirro W chamois is *amazing*--no gimmicks, not too thick, simply well made and comfortable, a smooth outer fabric to reduce friction. The bib straps lay flat under a jersey and never seem to shift around, even when riding aggressively out of the saddle. I've been wearing these every weekend on long training rides (3-5hrs), and need to get another pair for they are quickly becoming my MVP. I tend to run warm, and have been comfortable in these in temperatures between 40-60F. For sizing context, I'm 5'6" 145lbs, usually wear a 28" jean, and the medium fits really well.
