GIORDANA ships to the U.S. and its territories, Canada, and Australia. 
It is our goal to provide the highest level of service and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. 

U.S. SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS $25+
We use both USPS and FedEx shipping services to ship to U.S. customers. 
Unless you select an expedited shipping service at checkout, we will select the most efficient shipping method to ensure your order arrives to you in a timely manner.
You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has shipped.

CANADIAN SHIPPING 

All Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx International.
Shipping, Duties and Brokerage Fees are calculated and charged on all Canadian orders at checkout. The chart below serves as a guideline to help determine Shipping, Duty and Brokerage fees based on your order total.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

All Australian orders are shipped via FedEx Express and estimated transit time is 7-10 business days. Orders under $800 USD do not incur duties. Orders over $800 USD may be subject to duties upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned without the original tag, or a damaged tag may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Please Note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

How do I return?

30-DAY RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR U.S. ORDERS (COMPLIMENTARY RETURN LABEL PROVIDED):

  • Please visit our Giordana Cycling Returns Center and enter your order number and email address
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a complimentary shipping label and instructions
  • Please include your original packing list or information that includes your order number in your package
  • Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package

30-DAY RETURNS PROCEDURE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Giordana Cycling is unable to provide a pre-paid mailing label for your return. We recommend you use your own trackable and insured shipping method to send your return to the following address:

  • Repackage your unworn and unwashed merchandise securely.
  • Include your original packing list or information that includes your order number in your package.

  • Giordana Cycling cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship and is not responsible for additional shipping charges or lost returns. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Giordana Cycling reserves the right to deny return requests for items that do not meet our return policy terms or procedures.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Most returns will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date they are received to our warehouse.
  • Due to limited warehouse capacity and the safety of our employees, additional processing delays may occur.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
